Can the shoes be resized?

Yes, you can request a different size only once free of charge (excluding some products). Please note that you can't return the shoes after using them.

Is it possible to use the «ORPHE TRACK» without LED?

You can control the LED brightness in the app by selecting from "Strong / Weak / OFF."

Can I try or rent «ORPHE TRACK» before purchasing?

You can rent «ORPHE TRACK» on the rental service «Rentio» and use it for ¥ 4,000 / 2 weeks. For those who purchase after rental, we will give you a coupon equivalent to the rental price.

How long does it take for the item to arrive?

It takes up to one week from ordering to shipping. Please note that shipping may be delayed depending on the situation.

How long does the ORPHE CORE battery last?

About 10 hours on a single charge.

Do I need to carry my smartphone while running?

You can record your run without carrying a smartphone. You need to set the application to the Auto-start feature, so the sensors could automatically start measuring your movement. After finishing the run, you can check the data by synchronizing your shoes with the app. Since the location information uses the GPS of the smartphone, the route won't be recorded.

Are there any plans to restock ORPHE ONE?

ORPHE ONE smart shoes for artists has been discontinued and will not be restocked. Thank you for your understanding.
