Regarding designated delivery date and time

We are sorry, but we cannot specify the delivery date and time. We will ship the products in sequence as soon as they are ready.

If the recipient is absent

If the recipient is not home, the carrier will post a notice of absence and contact the recipient to take action.

Basically, if the recipient is not present even after 7 days have passed since the delivery note was posted, the product will be returned to the shipping location.
